Program overview
Latent Vision Technologies, LLC operates the i4hub Security Codes SMS program for i4hub. This program sends one-time fallback sign-in and related account-security codes.
SMS is an optional fallback when the authenticator application is unavailable. These messages are transactional and security-related only. They are not marketing or promotional messages.
Enrollment and consent
Users enroll during registration by providing a mobile phone number and completing account creation after the SMS disclosure presented in the registration flow.
SMS fallback becomes automatically available after successful registration and authenticator setup. A public demonstration of the registration disclosure is available on the i4hub SMS opt-in evidence page.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on sign-in attempts and other account-security activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless plan.
STOP and HELP instructions
Reply STOP to opt out of i4hub Security Codes messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out disables SMS as a fallback sign-in method until it is re-enabled through the approved account-security or support process inside i4hub.
Re-enabling SMS fallback
A user who has opted out may re-enable SMS fallback through the approved account-security or support process, including confirming the mobile number and accepting the current disclosure required for SMS fallback use.
Delivery and carrier disclaimer
SMS delivery for i4hub may use Azure Communication Services and related service providers needed to deliver transactional security messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information collected and used in connection with i4hub Security Codes is subject to the i4hub Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions may change as the program, messaging workflow, or business and legal requirements evolve. Updated terms should be published on this page with revised effective and last-updated dates.
