Information i4hub may collect
i4hub may collect and process information needed to operate the platform and secure access, including:
- Account information such as name, email address, mobile phone number, organization, user role, and account status.
- Facility and operational context such as facility assignments, access scope, and machine-support relationships.
- Authentication and security information such as authenticator-app MFA setup, login activity, security events, and account-recovery activity.
- Technical information such as browser, device, IP-derived connection details, timestamps, diagnostics, and usage logs.
Fallback SMS authentication data
Mobile phone numbers are collected as part of account creation and account administration. SMS use remains optional as a fallback sign-in method when the authenticator application is unavailable. During registration, users are informed that the mobile number on the account may be used for fallback sign-in and related account-security codes when needed.
When fallback SMS authentication is used, related records may include:
- Phone number.
- Delivery channel and destination used for the fallback code.
- Challenge status.
- Send count and verification attempt count.
- Created, sent, expiration, and consumed timestamps.
- Delivery or processing failure information.
Phone numbers and SMS fallback records are used only for account access, fallback sign-in codes, and related account-security functions.
How information is used
Latent Vision Technologies, LLC may use information collected through i4hub to:
- Provide and administer access to i4hub.
- Associate users with the correct facilities, roles, and permissions.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts against unauthorized access.
- Deliver transactional email and SMS communications required for fallback authentication and account security.
- Maintain platform reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve security operations.
Information sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate i4hub, host the application, maintain security, or deliver required email and SMS communications, including messaging services such as Azure Communication Services.
Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold and are not shared for third-party marketing. SMS used by i4hub is transactional and security-related only.
User choices and SMS controls
Users may have the ability to:
- Disable SMS fallback authentication.
- Update a mobile number through the approved account-security process.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS fallback messages.
- Contact support for account-security assistance.
Replying STOP disables SMS as a fallback sign-in method until it is re-enabled through the approved account-security process described in the i4hub Security Codes SMS Terms and Conditions.
Security and retention
Latent Vision Technologies, LLC uses administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to support the confidentiality and integrity of i4hub. No statement on this page should be read as a guarantee, certification, or representation of formal compliance status unless separately approved and published.
Information is retained according to operational needs, security requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.
Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as i4hub changes or as business, legal, or security needs evolve. Material updates should be reflected by updating the page dates above and publishing the revised version to this public route.
